Has my order shipped and how do I track it?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email (with tracking information) when your order has shipped. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days.
When Will The Sleeve I Want Be Back in Stock?
Our current inventory is updated in real time on our website. If a color, style or size is out of stock, it typically will be back in stock within a few days.
My order never arrived. What next?
Find your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link. If the package is showing as delivered but you did not receive it, contact customerservice@tat2x.com for help.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Orders with multiple items can arrive in multiple shipments. If one or more of your items has not arrived yet, it usually will arrive within a day or two. You can check the status by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If all packages have been delivered and you are missing an item, contact customerservice@tat2x.com for help.
How much is sales tax?
Sales Tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on applicable tax law.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship within the USA.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is $5.95 per order.
How do I use a discount code?
After adding items to your cart, click the Cart link at the top right hand of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your discount / coupon code.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for a refund of the product cost. Contact customerservice@tat2x.com to initiate a return.
We do not process exchanges directly. The best way to exchange your sleeve for a different color or size is to process a return, receive your refund, and purchase the other sleeve directly from our website.
When Will My Refund Be Processed?
It may take your bank 3 to 5 business days to process your refund after we have processed your return. You should receive a confirmation email when your refund is initiated.

If you are in-between sizes, pick the smaller size as our sleeves will stretch comfortably.
Ink Armor sleeves are labeled with a universal size (i.e.. F ARM ML / F LEG XSS), since our sleeves are designed to be used for both interchangeably (ie. medium/large arm sleeve is the same as a x-small leg sleeve).
How do you wash the sleeve?
Taking care of your Ink Armor sleeve couldn't be easier! Just machine or hand wash cold, lay flat and air dry. Do not put in dryer. Ink Armor sleeves will air dry quickly because of the fabric blend we use. Proper care of your sleeve will help it maintain its appearance and its elasticity.
Can the sleeve be worn on a fresh tattoo?
Wait 2 to 4 weeks until the tattoo is completely healed—meaning all peeling, flaking, and scabbing have finished, and the skin feels smooth to the touch. Once healed, cover-up sleeves can be worn safely for sun protection and dress-code compliance.
How do I use tattoo cover up tape?
1. Skin Prep: Your skin should be clean and dry. Completely remove lotion, dirt, oils or excess hair (rubbing alcohol works well). If in humid climate, apply tape indoors to ensure moisture does not interfere with adhesive while it sets. Clip excessive hair to 1/8 long for better adhesion.
2. Time Prep: Apply Tat Skin at least 30 minutes before athletic activity or showering. An hour is optimal.
3. Round All Corners: When cutting Tat Skin make round cuts. Round corners stay on skin longer and reduce fraying of the tape.
4. Remove Backer Paper: Rip the paper on the back of Tat Skin to remove for application. Only remove as needed for application dont touch the sticky side of the Tat Skin tape.
5. Tat Skin Placement: Apply directly to skin (not on other pieces of Tat Skin tape) for stronger and longer lasting applications. Hold down the Tat Skin in place for approximately 10-15 seconds.
6. Activate Adhesive: Use the waxy side of the backer paper to rub vigorously around all areas of the Tat Skin tape. Heat created from this friction rub activates the adhesive.
