Shout out to Customer Service

This post is to give respect to good customer service as they've earned it. I ordered a pair of sleeves in the light color and what I received was so pale and white I could not believe that it could possible match anyone's skin tone. Now I'm a blonde haired, blue eyed Scandinavian so it you can imagine how pale it would have to be to not match my skin.
I posted a, albeit, unhappy review and customer service reached out to me and informed me there was an honest mistake and some of the colors were mixed up in shipping. They stepped up and sent me replacements in the proper color without question. The replacements are spot on and I'm impressed at how they handled the situation. I will be ordering from them again.

I've been ordering these sleeves for years and everytime I do the color changes. The original color matched my skin perfectly, but now it's so white I don't know who it's designed for.

Hi Jon, sorry to hear about this issue. We did have a batch of our cream color sleeves go out as light, which is completely our fault. We would be happy to send you a replacement of the light color free of charge. We will get that out in the mail today. No need to send back the other color. Great service & product

My job requires that I have no visible tattoos. It being Summer I needed something to cover my upper arm when wearing short sleeves. The cover up sleeve I bought did the trick. I got the sleeve like 3 days after I ordered it which was amazing. I would definitely recommend buying from tat2x.

1/2 arm sleeve

I have purchased and tried many other tattoo cover sleeves they are either made with cheap material and or the color is very odd. When I received my new sleeve in the mail I could tell right away that it was made with high-quality materials and it is very comfortable. I also really love the fact that the light color blends well with the natural skin tone color it looks like it's a part of my arm and you would have to come up close to me to know that I had a sleeve on.

Upper arm sleave

I got one to cover my upper arm and I love it. The material is so good and I like in Oklahoma and it is so hot but stays dry. I wear it at work and I forget that it's even there. And it isn't that noticeable either.
